The intention of this book is to be used as a reference manual for the practice of Stoicism in modern day life. Topics included in this book are: Over fifty Stoic practices, A section for Stoic maxims, A list of cognitive biases, helpful reference pictures, a crash course of stoicism, and a guide for what a Stoic might practice throughout the week.Each Stoic practice is explained by the definition, the intent, the effect, an example and sources.Maxims have been separated by type.
